For the first time since 1986, #Philadelphia #AFSCME DC 33 is going on #strike. The #union represents thousands of #bluecollar city workers (including street pavers and sanitation workers) and is the city’s largest—and lowest paid— #municipalworkers union.

The strike will begin at 12:01am on July 1st.
