#WildlifeServices an agency within the US Department of Agriculture (#USDA), kills over a million wild #animals each year, largely for the farmed #AnimalIndustry, by horrendous means such as #poisoning, #CyanideBombs, neck #snares and even being shot from an airplane.
In fact, a whopping 36.5% of the agency’s activities were done to “protect #agriculture including #livestock, row #crops, #aquaculture, and #timber “, and a large portion of their $286 million budget

(all tax-payer funded) goes directly to these activities to protect the interests of #BigAg.
In 2024, #WildlifeServices killed nearly 2 million animals alone—an increase of over 474,000 #animals from 2023—including nearly 58,000 #coyotes. The government agency has killed hundreds of endangered #GrayWolves, threatened #GrizzlyBears, #beavers, #foxes, #bobcats, #MountainLiona, #RiverOtters, #porcupines, migratory #shorebirds, and many other #species.

And #CompanionAnimals aren’t safe, either. Between 2000 and 2021, #traps and baited #CyanideBombs set out by #WildlifeServices have even killed more than 1,100 #dogs including family #pets.
In total, Wildlife Services has killed over 58 million #WildAnimals since 2004.
