The PCs are trying to stop Red Court vampires from turning the Cold War hot - CIA vs. KGB tropes (à la #CoDBlackOps), with pop culture vibes like in #StrangerThings, and dancing around real historical events and figures all the time.
And oh so many layers of ambiguous politics to navigate
