Tech person with big following here who is in the habit of posting screenshots of articles, where he could very easily just copy/paste the text into the ALT image description, but he can’t be bothered :/

I was so disappointed when I read it. But sometimes folks are really aggressive about alt text with putting a statement like "screenshot" in the alt text.

Folks do have ways of asking for help with the alt text when they haven't the spoons.

It was definitely one of the sparking points that made me vent.

I tend to keep the cobbles posts for my frustrations with tech. Particularly with FOSS and it's attitude to accessibility.
