3 “ … cities he had imagined as real, toward #Canada. Oh, to be in Canada with my wife and child.” I always find it moving to read how Canada represented freedom and sanctuary to the victims of #slavery in the #US. It makes me proud of our history - and instills a desire to live up to that legacy.
