@wms This video reminded me of people that stopped the coup in Korea.. Did anyone see the photos of the old ladies sitting in front of the troop busses? They didn't allow the vehicles to transport troops to government halls...

For this video maybe it would be effective to wrap your body around the tires of "unmarked vehicles" without license plates. Especially with all the local police around it might slow things down for a bigger crowd to gather and force a prisoner release. With no real police around other do something else?
