C.That wording doesn't really clear *anything* up, at least to this unfrozen caveman. You can turn this off before the deadline, or if you've already turned it off, it'll stay off. Buuuuuut it will still interact with WhatsApp etc whether it's on or off, and you can change that in the App settings page?
Does that mean you have to turn off "share my app usage with Gemini" in every app you install on your phone? Unknown. Or is it a single setting on a page for the Gemini app (if it's even an app?)? Dunno. Or something else? Is there actually a settings page called "App"? No idea.
It seems like it might be strategic ambiguity - see also no default assumption of good faith for Google in another part of the thread.
