Huge kudos and thank you to @rdm who showed extreme grace under pressure in helping me get this video out before tomorrow!

We did well getting this together in just a few hours so be kind!

Stellar ClusterFudging for Smart Telescopes, in Particular Dwarf Labs

YouTube
@leece @rdm finally managed to watch this last night. I didn't realise you could make the schedule from within the atlas! I was using telescopia to tell me what was in the sky and when and building it from there. If you order the items you are looking for by either their rise time or when they reach their peak, then you get a pretty good schedule already. I guess going through the atlas, you can see in the sky what is coming next, and you get a better sense of where they are in relation to constellations, which is much better for a general sense of 'where things are'. Just getting a list and plugging it in means I know they are in some sort of order but not their whereabouts, in context. I'll try the atlas way for the next schedule... which looks like it might be a while :(
My one complaint about your video is that it felt like you were looking at things that were off the screen during your screen captures. I think this was because you were zooming in on the area you were talking about/showing so people could see, which I appreciated with my aging eyes.
I don't know what the solution is though.
@buddhawilliams @rdm thanks, yes I think it was something YouTube did. I'm not sure what the solution is either!
@buddhawilliams @rdm All this cloud gives you an opportunity to build your next schedule 🙂
@leece @rdm I discovered after the last clear night that you can schedule the Seestar as well, so the next clear night will have 2 'scopes running :D I need another battery pack though, my one won't charge both scopes all night.
