I get that Mamdani is further to the Left than a lot of voters, but the fact that this race came down between Cuomo, who is definitely a right-wing Democrat, and Democratic Socialist Mamdani, and Mamdani won pretty handily, hopefully is the start of a shake up of the DNC leadership that pulls things *more* Left.
