A Purple Heart recipient who lived in the US for 48 years had his green card revoked and was told to deport himself within three weeks. He obtained legal permanent residency through a green card. While serving, he was shot in the spine and honorably discharged. As a result of his injuries, he got addicted to drugs and served two and a half years in prison.

"President Trump sucks. I will try to come back after Trump leaves," Park told Newsweek in a statement.

Purple Heart Veteran Forced to Deport After Green Card Revoked

"President Trump sucks. I will try to come back after Trump leaves," Purple Heart vet Sae Joon Park told Newsweek in a statement.

@augieray

Shame covers racists like sunlight on a vampire. May sleep never come.

@augieray this just makes me feel sick
@augieray By then I doubt he'll want to.
@augieray The article was poorly written: "In 2009, Park was convicted of drug and bail-related offenses and served two and a half years in prison. After his release, ICE agents detained him and revoked his green card."
If he served two and a half years, does that mean he was arrested by ICE agents in 2011? So they were pulling shit like this way before Trump?
@delegatevoid @augieray The article said his green card was revoked in 2009, but because of his purple heart status, the deportation was deferred for 14 years.
@augieray Heartless. The Gestapo continues its horrific actions.
