@ItsMeLilyV Off-topic, but I'm wondering; do young people understand what that thing in her back is?

I was born in '69. I think my generation was probably among the last where wind-up toys, music boxes, watches, et. al, were common. My children were born around 2000 and I do not recall ever buying them anything that needed to be wound up.

@michaelvcooper1 i dunno! not sure if i really qualify as a "young person" tbh ahaha...

growing up, my grandmother had a couple of wind up musical boxes with keys like this, and they have such a distinct shape & function that they're really endearing... there's something unique about slowly cranking up a little toy...

i hope it's at least a common enough symbol to be recognizable from media, at least..?
