So a thing happened today!

After researching, watching videos, procrastinating, watching more videos, talking to friends, drinking lots of coffee, and did even more procrastinating, I removed leaky caps from a #MacClassic system board! This was my first attempt at removing caps from a board. Not too bad.

Dealing with C2 and C8 are going to be “fu”n. 🤣😇

Do your research, there will likely be videos on YouTube showing the repair work. Figure out what tools you need & practice using them. You are the one who will decide when you're ready to get started. When you do, take your time. The first move is always the hardest. Don't doubt yourself.
