We are currently experiencing som fairly serious problems with @wdscholia . There seems to be a bad bot operating on https://scholia.toolforge.org/ even though our robots.txt should prohibit it. It might be this that hinders a good connection to the SPARQL endpoint. Or perhaps it is just because most of our queries are to the legacy endpoint?

@wdscholia It also means that our lookup for DOI and arXiv is not working... So a paper which is in #Wikidata might not be found by Scholia and an unsuspecting user will add the paper to Wikidata - again
