@trans @transmasc @nonbinary so I spoke with my psychologist assigned to me for gender stuff about this and apparently it's a translation from bulge in dutch. They're literally saying you will be have a small bulge after simple metoidioplasty. In dutch it's "broekvulling" literally "pants filling", but it got translated to "pants soiling".

The psychologist was really confused and had to open the website and read it in English and then again in Dutch before she started laughing and explained it's meant to mean bulge. She said she'd email the people who run the website to fix it 🙏
