Ukrainian signal gets EU citizenship πΊπ¦πΆπͺπΊ
We are proposing to integrate Ukraine into the EU Roaming area starting January 2026.
Because staying connected β across the EU and back home β shouldnβt come at a cost.
Once more, we stand with Ukraine. Every step of the way.

Quoting from the page:
"The Commission has sent the proposal adopted today to the Council for its approval. According to it, Ukraine would effectively join the EU βRoam like at Home' area on 1 January 2026. This will allow both the EU and Ukrainian operators to technically implement the βRoam like at Home' requirements in the meantime."
It is, and I believe this will be done at some point
But given it's history, I do think it's wise to see how they function after the war ends. One of the main reasons they were not included earlier was massive amounts of political corruption...
But it looks promising so far! They've thrown out a lot of trash, and I hope this sets a new standard for how future politicians will be treated.
