Powerful closing talk from Chris Schwarzkopf from Wikimedia "Openess is not enough."

Good food for thought: "Whose knowledge is seen as relevant? Whose voices are visible? And who is still being left out - not because they have nothing to contribute but because the system wasn't build with them in mind?"
