@matildalove It's not an exaggeration to say the political right (fascism) will always lead to this kind of evil. It always has, it always will. It's the logical outcome of a philosophy that says some humans deserve more than others.

They don't care if what they say makes any sense at all as long as it somehow fits into their general narrative of hatred and prejudice. They don't care if anything is legal or not because they think the president and his government should be above the law and everything they do and say should be the law like in a 17th century absolutist monarchy.
