Luigi is charged as a terrorist for tagging a CEO, but a man who targeted 3 individuals, including 2 senators, is not charged as a terrorist.

Do you guys see it now? Yet?

Philandro Castile was traveling passenger with all permits when he was illegally shot by a cop, but the wife of a murderer/attempted murderer of senators is stopped with 100k in cash, several illegal guns and drugs…. is released.

Hrrrrrmm.
Anyone wanna sponsor/benefactor me out of this hellhole?

@ErickaSimone They only take the cash off *poor* people and call it "civil asset fortifiture", apparently.
@ErickaSimone We all see it, there just ain't shit we can do about it.

@ErickaSimone
"Do you guys see it now? Yet?"

You're preaching to the choir.

The willfully ignorant that don't see it are NEVER going to see it.

@clintruin you know, I said this with my whole chest, knowing that someone outside of the choir might hear exactly what I said.
@ErickaSimone
😂 fair enough.
And I hope it does.

@ErickaSimone Murder is a state charge. Terrorism is federal. Trump would pardon him immediately and give him a Cabinet position.

Al Capone got locked up for tax evasion.

@oberstenzian Thanks for this insight, honestly. Interesting. (I’m assuming it’s true; not fact-checking you rn :). But also thanks for making me sick, again. 🤢 #ClownShow 😭

@kommadieb Just fact checked myself.

“Vance Boelter, 57, of Green Isle, Minnesota, has been charged by federal complaint with stalking and murdering Minnesota House of Representatives Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband, in addition to stalking and shooting Minnesota State Senator John Hoffman and his wife.”

Yeah I was wrong. And this is exactly the double standard stated before. And dude is gonna get a pardon. 🤮

After Two-Day Manhunt, Suspect Charged with Shooting Two Minnesota Lawmakers and Their Spouses

Vance Boelter, 57, of Green Isle, Minnesota, has been charged by federal complaint with stalking and murdering Minnesota House of Representatives Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman and her husband, in addition to stalking and shooting Minnesota State Senator John Hoffman and his wife.

@oberstenzian @ErickaSimone Good point. But still horrible that the Feds won’t charge and the guy in charge would pardon him anyway.
@oberstenzian I see what you did here. And I am exhausted.
@ErickaSimone Wait 'til it's pled down to simple assault and he's sentenced to time served.

@ErickaSimone

It really doesn't pay to be liberal-minded when criminal conservatives are present in government and judicial and law enforcement.

@VulcanTourist well since I’m not liberal this doesn’t really apply.

@ErickaSimone

"Luigi is charged as a terrorist for tagging a CEO, but a man who targeted 3 individuals, including 2 senators, is not charged as a terrorist.

Do you guys see it now? Yet?"

You are preaching to the choir, but I's still stealing this.

Do you want credit or no credit?

@That_Damn_Frank hahaha. Please credit. I just know someone outside of the choir MIGHT hear it.

@ErickaSimone

All animals are equal, but some animals are MORE equal.

@Sassinake and some animals don’t even have equality.

@ErickaSimone

Honestly, under #Trump, federal charges of any sort don’t mean squat. It’s even money they’d be dropped by Trump and his AG just to “own the libs.”

@MollyNYC someone pointed this one out. If he did catch federal charges, they’d just drop them. It really is bleak.
@ErickaSimone Luigi could not have done it. He was framed. Insult to injury.
@TransitBiker Luigi was with me personally when it happened so I know he couldn’t have done it.
@ErickaSimone My understanding is that the prosecutors intend to charge the defendant with terrorism charges as well, but that the charges they issued already are the ones they could *immediately* issue so as to further the investigation.
@brainwane hoping so. Someone also pointed out any federal terrorist charges will probably be dropped by this administration. So everything is just weird.
@ErickaSimone We all see it, what are we going to do about it? That's the salient question.
@codinghorror I don’t know because “voting them out” doesn’t seem to be a viable option
@ErickaSimone we gotta do our best to make that work, and then, uh, we'll see
