Watching a long-running show for first time with my wife (Grey’s Anatomy, don’t judge me) and got spoiled by the thumbnail/poster (as it’s for the latest season and reveals the cast).
Could there be a setting to always use the first season’s poster for a show/all shows?

@caseyliss The series thumbnail/poster is the latest season poster. You can see who is still alive/around/who returned (minor spoiler, but still).
Season 1 poster is available and “safe”
@DonSqueak honestly, that’s just shitty poster design IMHO
I’ll think about it, but no promises.
@caseyliss No worries, it’s a “nice to have” kinda request.
But could be valid for many binge-worthy shows where character survival is unclear.
Having the safe fallback of “only ever show me season 1 artwork” would be nice. To have. ;)

@caseyliss Weird decision by whoever decided this at TVDB to set the show poster to the newest season, tho.
Checked for Game of Thrones: they use season 1.
Checked for Walking Dead: they use a separate poster.
So yeah, my case is borderline not worth it, probably ;)
