As a German, I don’t want to overstep, but it’s worrying to see so much state violence—tear gas in Atlanta, threatening sheriffs, curfews, mass arrests at anti-ICE protests. You’re often ahead of us socially, and these waves usually reach Europe eventually. I hope things calm down soon, and people can express their pain without more violence. Stay strong and take care, especially if you’re protesting with your mom. #nokings
