International observers you are entitled to dislike the #flag but domestically we must wrest the #symbol back from #MAGA
#Capitulation and #complacency towards what #bigots falsely claim as theirs is not acceptable

Stay safe, film everything, keep things peaceful. Don't fall for traps. Sometimes there are plants that try to turn protests violent. Isolate/distance yourself from them.

rk: it’s hyphen-minus actuallyI love my country. Just like loving your children, “love” doesn’t mean “blindly support whatever happens,” it means correcting things so they/it can be the best person/country possible.
This nuance is apparently lost on a lot of people, where the symbol has become the substance.

I usually hate the veneration of flags (all of them) but on exactly the grounds you suggest - that it puts buzzing bees in the brains of MAGA - I approve in this specific case. 😆

Big respect, love and solidarity from germany!
Even though I personaly don't like national flags I know most US-Americans have a different relation to it. And it's good to see that so many of you are protesting!
