On Friday, 13 June, 2025, I attended the inspirational talk show of the 16th Satu Indonesia Awards which was organized by Astra International, Tbk - an Indonesian multinational conglomerate that operates in automotive business. This year's event carries the theme "Satukan Gerak Terus Berdampak" and held in Manado City, Province of North Sulawesi.

In this talk show, there were five speakers, but I only remember four of them, namely Tri Mumpuni, Onno W. Purbo, Dian Sastrowardoyo and Jamaluddin. Of all of them, the one I know best is Mr. Onno and I had the opportunity to take a photo with him (you can see my photos with him in another post). Almost everyone only knows Ma'am Dian because she is a famous actress and model.

I attended this event initially as part of Manado Dinding Community (Komunitas Dinding Manado). Many of us in this community were also the organizing committee for this event (of course they had a harder job than me and the others who are just participants), but we all enjoyed this event. From around 9 am until until almost 12 am. Such an interesting event, I liked it.

It's been quite a while since I've been on an event like this, so I'm thankful to my community. I also got to meet one of my best friends who was my former college friend, I am very very happy and grateful to have met her. Hopefully, some of the hundreds of people who attended this event will be inspired and willing to contribute positively and sustainably for Indonesia.
