Ahhh ... The Olde Dandelion Puff Depth of Field Test. Actually, "as is" is fine! Good composition, excellent background with the dark/light on a diagonal, and the exposure is right on! I tasked myself to see if I could create a radially gradient mask to sharpen from 100% at the edge to 0% at the center, and not wind up with a clumsy attempt. The problem with sharpening is that it accomplishes the effect by darkening just the edge boundaries between light and dark at the pixel level, and, in doing so, adds its own artifacts. -Phil
