Infant mortality.

Forget walkable cities, sugar, pesticides, sensible gun rights, social safety nets, opioid use, etc; we Americans die from inadequate healthcare before we take our first steps.

That is true!

Firstly, we don't go around shooting each other in vast numbers, secondly we pretty much all have exemplary health care either for free or at prices everyone can afford without going bankrupt and finally we eat far more healthily than folk in the USA and most of all we eat much, much LESS!
