This should be on billboards everywhere.
@talia_christine You're focused wrong 1%?
@talia_christine Unless you click open the image, the words "ON THE" are not visible! "You're focused on the wrong 1%" makes sense...
@pa27 that's odd, I wonder if it depends on which app you're using. It looks normal on mine.

@talia_christine @pa27

I am seeing the same thing, no β€œon the” unless I select the photo. I’m just using the browser to read.

Love the post though!

@talia_christine
It's a PNG with transparency, so it depends on your background, which may depend on whether you use bright or dark mode.
@pa27
@talia_christine In Chrome, white background, it doesn't show!
@pa27 @talia_christine same in firefox mobile. "on the" appears when clicking the image and also, the top and bottom words are in a black square
@pa27 who uses a white background?! πŸ˜‚ also oops I didn't realize sorry!
@pa27 I swapped out the image does it work now?
@talia_christine dont think its wrong to focus on the wrongdoings of the top 1%
@biglinter @talia_christine it isn't! The point is people are focused on trans people (also ~1% of the population) as a scapegoat instead of paying attention to the horrors the richest 1% are doing
@talia_christine 1% of improving myself?
@talia_christine Here's my lazy attempt at getting rid of the background transparency that makes the image partially unreadable in light mode.
@Quinn9282 let me see if I can swap the image out.
@Quinn9282 thank you for the assist btw! I really appreciate it.
@talia_christine yes: we should tax the rich and not purge trans people like they did in canada until 1992.
@talia_christine yeah, down with pastel Thailand! They’ve had it good for too long!
