@bfdi, Question for you:

It is possibly legal for @Klaus_Mueller to post toots with pictures without alt-texts. It would be a breach of German a11y law+rules if the service he heads did that, but if his toots are construed as being by a private citizen, it is possibly ok.

But: Is it legal for you to boost such a toot?

Boosting makes the toot a part of https://social.bund.de/@bfdi , which is under your control and responsibility, and you ARE bound by German law+rule.
