A fellow coach I was talking to was really distressed.

He offers high-ticket 1-on-1 coaching, but prospects book meetings and don’t show up.

He asked for help.

But he didn’t like the solution I gave him.

And I really think you shouldn’t repeat his mistake.

When I asked how he ensured attendance, he said:
“I send a reminder 3–6 hours before the call, and one an hour before.”

I told him point blank — this is a flawed mechanism.
