Texas Legislature is trying to pass a bill requiring a driver in every 18-wheeler truck. Tech bros want fully automated semis barreling down the interstate from Dallas to Houston with NO ONE ONBOARD.
This clause would not just *allow* driverless trucks, but prevent the state from regulating them.
