Both of my parents recently got the OneUI 7 update and hated it enough to call me to complain. Not because of any specific feature but just because things have changed.

Never ceases to amaze me how normal people hate big updates while us nerds think not having them is a problem.

@Techaltar I think brands give choices to users whether they want to move to the latest UI or the legacy one. Also, they should be able to roll back if they don't like the new UI.

@mugdho Very hard to imagine how that would work without creating a huge number of various builds a company would have to support simultaneously
