No great company will use a ticketing system with its external clients, or internally. Ticketing systems are symptoms of 1) lack of flow and 2) command-and-control steering. Implementing ticketing will further erode relationships, collaboration and respect. Ticketing is a path to doom. Your company uses a ticketing software? It is hell-bound.

@nielspflaeging That is exactly my view. The clients were not thrilled to register and handle their inquieries on the ticket system. Their were annoyed to waste their time with useless notification instead of getting in touch by phone or e-mail directly with support engineers. #platformeconomy
