@TheManyVoices @littlefreelibrary I love Little Free Libraries, I love the TARDIS, I love public manifestations of scifi geekery, but I always feel like putting the word "police" on these is a bad idea.

I worry about the possibility of someone in some sort of real emergency situation who doesn't get the Who reference wasting precious seconds trying to figure out how to use something like this to get assistance.
