@AmelieCornelis @jay_peper Oh yeah, I remember having similar kinds of conversations with the first venue.
Every year there’s a new management and you have to go through the process of “hey, we are weird, here is an extremely detailed list of *how*”.
Highly frustrating. I’m sorry you have to deal with it.
