@markarayner If one could ferment the fries, one could get drunk while they eat. ๐Ÿ˜‚
@markarayner Potatoes: the Yamaha of vegetables.
@markarayner Corn does the same thing. Unfortunately.
@markarayner But all three, chips, fries and vodka are tying to kill you. Who have carrots killed?

Death By Carrot

@Robo105 @markarayner Not to mention that one famine was named after potatoes. Carrot famine doesn't sound the same.

Carrot's Famine

Carrot's Famine or The Famine of 311 D.F. was a famine that affected Aurelius that was largely caused by the King of Wisteria, King Carrot the Crusty. While uncommon, at this time it was still technically legal to employ scryers as members of government and as advisors. King Carrot the Crusty, the King of Wisteria at the time had hired a supposed scryer as his chief advisor, Oryzeae Treetrope. Oryzeae was, in fact, a false scryer who used his predictions to gain political power within Wisteria.

The way the meme crops for me, the image ends with "get your shit together" which feels like an attack.

:D

@markarayner I believe it was Kant, working from memory here, who said that the only absolute moral good was the potato.

@markarayner Oh, and one of my favorite quips from Twitter days, long long ago, someone said:

"This may be the vodka talking . . .

. . . I am made from potatoes."

Years later, whoever said that, it still makes me smile.

@markarayner This might not be popular but we really shouldn't be considering Potatoes a vegetable when it comes to human nutrician. They have more is common with carbohydrates/grains. Of course the #usda wouldnt agree because of #thebudget implications..
@abeorch Okay๐Ÿ˜ž
@markarayner Haha that took the fluff out of the mash.. sorry!
