Read "Annihilation" today (finished the book in one day). Pretty interesting read. It's not that long and there isn't a lot happening in it, but the atmosphere is so incredibly dense. Will probably read the other books in the series at a later point in time, but for now it's back to Gryphon books with "The Gryphon Generation Book 4: Ascension".

@avis_jay Annihilation was my first favorite book after the memory loss. I even love the two sequels, though there's something special about just that first book on its own.

I have complicated feelings about the film. It's probably good, but it's a film based on a book that does not use any of my favorite parts of the book at all.

I saw there's a fourth book. I might try it next year =)
