Also the reason why I am always low on RAM.

@adhd_coffee The image depicts a computer screen with multiple open browser tabs and windows, illustrating a cluttered and busy digital environment. The top of the image features a text overlay that reads, "What the inside of an ADHD person's brain looks like." The screen is filled with numerous tabs, each with its own title and icon, arranged in a disorganized manner. The tabs include various websites and applications, such as "EASY OPENCORE 0.5.7 Comp," "metatomic dashboard," "Damien Singer's present," and "Reddit." The background is dark, and the tabs are in different colors, including blue, red, green, and white. The browser's address bar is visible at the top, and the tabs are stacked in a way that suggests a chaotic and overwhelming experience. The image humorously represents the complexity and multitasking nature of an ADHD person's mind through the metaphor of a cluttered computer screen.

@adhd_coffee my brain OMFG (I'm AuDHD with a brain injury)
@adhd_coffee my train of thought is more like a 20-lane highway during a meteor apocalypse
@adhd_coffee Good news for you: modern web browsers are quite good at memory management, and perform more or less independently of the number of open tabs. Tabs that have not been open for a long time are also put into a kind of background mode, just like apps.
@adhd_coffee My mind is very cluttered, but I am somehow able to limit the number of browser tabs I have open at once to 20 or so. #ADHD
@adhd_coffee and that's just my mobile browser.
@Cryptomon Mobile Chrome just shows a :D for every amount > 100
@adhd_coffee yepp, it's really new in duckduckgo, when you switch tabs (or open new ones)
Otherwise it's [~]
@Cryptomon @adhd_coffee

@adhd_coffee I have 25 virtual desktops and probably 600+ tabs across 10 or so browser sessions on my actual laptop
