My intent with this is to make fellow immigrants laugh, not inflame tensions. But you know, fuck it. If people get pissy and any post blows up:

Wear a reusable respirator. They reduce risks from any respiratory thing they block or reduce. Personally, that's pollen and hayfever, but also air pollution near roads or trains.
Apply sun block. (Yes: even in the UK and/or on darker skin. If you have organs, they can develop cancers. Take vitamin D2 or D3, e.g. in canned fish, since most UK residents are deficient in it.)

Drink water; sips are fine. Do a little stretch now and then.
Close your eyes for like a minute every hour, at least, especially if you stare at screens a lot.

If you're angry at any of what I wrote or summarised, then please consider taking a break.
Go do something you find relaxing and fun. Even if 'just' a cuppa or calling a friend. Little changes make big things easier to handle.
