Regarding long-range missiles for Ukraine and permissions to use them for strikes in Russia

The main issue right now is not the limitations/permissions but the quantities of the missiles that are supplied to Ukraine. Europe just doesn't have a lot of missiles

On the other hand, the United States do have large quantities of missiles

If Ukraine were able to buy/acquire Tomahawk missiles in ample quantities, that would help destroy/damage/diminish Russia's military capabilities
