@wmd I think she is confusing an office with management. Management exists in an office but there are other things happening there as well. Well usually , in Australia, the USA may be different.
@Steveg58@wmd A lot of offices do technically do things that serve the purpose of the company, but whether that actually translates into anything useful depends very much on the company!
