These are aerials for subway, if I remember well, and they are pasted to a central round part, so they should not be too much of a problem.
Since the Pompidou center is going to close in a few weeeks for 2-3 years to be renovated, I suspect the maintenance people will just wait for them to fall off on their own. 😉
