KamalavelanYay finally got #ZFS running in a mirror #raid configuration. +1 for data redudancy and hopefully zero data corruption.
John-Mark GurneyIf you haven't heard, use ecc memory to prevent wrong data from being written, causing a read to later not validate correctly because the checksum does not match.
@encthenet Yes, unfortunately it didn't seem important enough to me when I bought this machine. I have missed out on HDD ECC as well. Planning to add both in future.
