If a Muslim country had killed 54,000 Jews or Christian’s in a neighboring country and attempted to kill more with famine, I promise you, EU politicians would not just express disappointment.

They would act.

@randahl If anyone had killed even half that number of cats or dogs there would be global outrage. Arabs… not so much.

Europeans have decided that some people are just lesser. Usually people of a brown persuasion.

@Mogleg @randahl no one cared for these White Christians expelled by Muslims from their land : https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flight_of_Nagorno-Karabakh_Armenians

@bossito
Never underestimate the willingness of Europeans to consider other people “less white” 😊

Insert family guy whiteness meme here.
@randahl

@Mogleg Armenians are Europeans themselves so.. I'm not sure where you heading to. What's European for you? Seems like you're the one with the tightest definition

@randahl

@bossito
My point is that we Europeans will find ways of defining others as “not Europeans” when it’s expedient for whatever agenda we have. I’m not arguing for or against anyone being classified as anything, just pointing out the double standard at play 😊
@randahl
@Mogleg @randahl you're pointing out your conviction without providing much evidence. I just did that. Armenians, for years Ukrainians (before 2022), never got a fraction of the media attention Palestinians have on European media and politics. Other conflicts have even less, but it's mostly geography at play.

@bossito
According to the west: Russia invading bad, Ukraine resistance good. Zionist entity invading good, Palestinian resistance bad.

Ignore “volume” of reporting for a moment and consider quality. The Zionists can talk about feeling unsafe while committing genocide with the support of the west. The Palestinians have to condemn Hamas and are not trustworthy “Hamas controlled XYZ” etc.

Would you agree that there is a double standard?
