The #Liberian-flagged tanker left the Port of Sillamäe in eastern #Estonia around 18:30 on Saturday, May 17. According to the #Estonian Public Broadcasting (#ERR), #Russian authorities stopped the tanker after midnight. The vessel then travelled to #Russia's
#Gogland Island, where it is now anchored. It was carrying shale oil on board, and its final destination was #Rotterdam, #ERR writes.
"Today's incident shows that #Russia continues to behave unpredictably. I have also informed our allies of the event," Foreign Minister #Margus_Tsahkna said.
