One great thing about getting older, is that stupid and unlikely things seem to keep coming true!
For example:
"On two occasions I have been asked [by members of Parliament], 'Pray, Mr. Babbage, if you put into the machine wrong figures, will the right answers come out?' I am not able rightly to apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a question."
...and I think with AI, we've reached a similar level of confusion.
Maybe that's not the best one.
Okay, there was a cyberpunk novel decades ago, where the author later laughed and said he knew little about tech, had heard tech jargon and worked it into his novels nonsensically: "download a modem"
