CPAP week 1 passed with no major issues. I've been using it all night long and getting high scores from the Bluetooth connected app. Feeling less drowsy in afternoons too. Some minor tickling irritation of my nose while I'm using it, and the first couple exhales require more force, but otherwise good. A lot of people have a horrible time with these gadgets. I guess I feel lucky! #CPAP #ObstructiveSleepApnea #sleep #apnea #therapy
@opalmirror My old cpap didn't inform me when my mask was leaking and I was using the wrong size. I've been trying different masks with my new cpap and the in-nostrils mask seems to be working best for me.
@rayckeith A lot of this is seemingly trial and error (mostly error) until one gets something that works. That is why I am feeling grateful that I have something working well right out of the gate.
@opalmirror Congrats on the first week! And it seems like you're getting on with it well. I have to admit to doing the same when I first started 18 months ago. The difference it makes is incredible.
