We'd cruised into the Swedish capital through the Stockholm Archipelago in the morning when it had been overcast but on our departure through that same stretch of water in the evening we had sunnier, brighter conditions to admire the maze of little islands through which our ship, numerous yachts, and a couple of ferries that run routes between the Scandinavian countries were quietly slipping through.
