@xtaran @rdfrkian I have to confess: after your valid rejection of my first guess, I was so mad, that I threw the picture at gemini. It didn't want to tell me a meaningful answer (except how lovely the picture is...). Thin I asked it to "just guess". And it wrote: could be a Golf around late 90ies - early 2000s. So I was looking at pictures of Golf IV and compared some features myself. (e.g. the bolts in the wheel housing)
I hate it, if AI is actually helpful...
