For those who are interested in Old English and annals, a new book featuring the annals of Winchester has been published. It is translated by Christopher Smith and covers the years 519 to 1277. For those not conversant in Latin it gives the English translation. For those who wish to practise their Latin, it is a good way to develop skills.
