If you approach makers of cycle decorations ahead of time, you might be able to get demo lights, stickers, flags, streamers, etc. to show what's possible. Esp if it's a local maker you can showcase. Maybe negotiate a Pride discount ahead of time so ppl can buy supplies to decorate in time for the ride.
Host a decoration party ahead of time!
