It's already against the law to deport a U.S. citizen w/o due process. It's illegal to deport *anyone* w/o due process, how could you call them a criminal w/o a hearing before a judge to show your proof? But I guess I understand the Dems desire to press the GOP, to say "How could they not vote for this?"
