#XiJinping, #Maduro, #Vučić, #MiguelDíazCanel, and #LulaDaSilva arrived for the #VictoryDay frenzy celebration in #Moscow.

Everyone suggesting to strike #RedSquare and destroy both the military equipment and the leaders of the countries representing the #AxisOfEvil are mistaken. This means the end of support for #Ukraine from the #EU and the #US. Maybe, a nuclear strike.

I understand the feelings of those who propose this, but we must also consider the consequences.

An uneasy sky hangs over all of Russia

Xi Jinping, Maduro, Vučić, Miguel Díaz-Canel, and Lula da Silva arrived for the Victory Day frenzy celebration. A powerful Ukrainian drone attack on May 7 was followed by a calm night on May 8. Putin's ceasefire seems to be holding.

@moscowmigrant the suggestion of a nuclear strike in response is pure fantasy and extremely unlikely
@ErikJonker Maybe I chose the wrong wording. I was describing the possible consequences in the event of a Ukrainian attack on Red Square, and the potential response in case of the assassination of Xi or Putin.
@moscowmigrant OK, frankly i don't think Ukraine will attack the red square during the celebrations, if they do it will be a drone attack which will not lead to large destruction, just disruption.

@ErikJonker Yes, I also hope that the likelihood of such an attack is extremely low. However, from some Ukrainians whose lives have been shattered for three years and who face bombs falling on their heads every day, there are emotional suggestions to strike Red Square as a legitimate military target.

My point is that we must rely not only on legitimacy but also on calculating the consequences of our actions. I'm confident that the Ukrainian military leadership understands this.
